Arugula

My brother in law made dinner for us the other day it was omg so good that I took a picture.  It's just toast with Burrata cheese, prosciutto, and arugula, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.  But he works in fine dining and they probably charge $28 for something like that at his restaurant.  It felt dumb pairing it with a glass of Yellowtail that I had bought at the gas station the weekend before, but I told him I'll be better prepared next time.


DP kept saying it was weird and not good, but then he ate 4 slices.  He always has to give his brother a hard time.  But I know he's proud of him deep down, we both are.

Now I need to think of an occasion to serve this for brunch, with mimosas.
